The Pediatric Express accepts the following insurance plans at this time:

Sports, camp, and daycare physicals are offered at a flat rate of $45.00. These visits are not billed to your insurance company.

Flu Shots are offered to children over the age of 6 months at a flat rate of $25.00. Parents can also receive flu shots in our office for your convenience.

If your insurance carrier is not listed above, we will be happy to file your claim as an "out-of-network" provider for you when possible. You will be responsible for any charges not covered by your insurance carrier.
